I bought Sony M4 from MTN,it happened that the phone is heating and vibrating,and just which of/on sometimes so i sent for repairs and came back doing the same thing and sent it for the third time still doing the same thing. I asked them to give me another phone,i don't want this phone anymore<br> Now am still using this phone,it switch of/on it self.<br> Help please

Kindly note that the correct process to follow is to book the handset in for an assessment. Upon assessment, our technicians will determine whether they are able to repair the handset in line with the manufacturer's policy or if the phone should be exchanged, kindly re book it and explain to the store that the phone is faulty as it keeps doing the same thing even after repairs.
