I got a call from a Tele-salesman and when I told him I'm not interested in the BlackBerry Z10 because I have a phone, he proceeded to ask me why us white people don't want to take up promotions, he said you people always say no, and he said it with a disgusting attitude and then put the phone down in my ear. Are you serious? Is this the caliber of people that MTN employs? I'm shocked. The call happened at 11:45am on 06/11/2015. If you would like to trace the recording, email me directly to get my cel number which I'm sure you can pick up.<br> <br> I've never in my life received such a call, from a reputable company.<br> <br> Justin

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.
kindly be advised that I have checked for notes on our systems but there is nothing , If our MTN Sales agents call a client they leave notes on our systems so that we can refer to them should there be a problem/need , even if the client does not take an offer.This person was not calling from MTN I am not sure why they used MTN name.And when it's MTN agents they will call you with an ****** number not any other number.
