0/10 for service delivery from MTN

Iv tried upgrading my contracts. Upgraded with Kreason Govender on the 25th of November. a Month later, No upgrade, no feedback from Kreason. So I try to cancel my contract. Put through Gosego Sekwele at retentions. Im told my upgrade will be processed within 6 business days. That was 13 working days ago. To date I cant get hold of anyone and MTN cannot assist in cancelling my contract. Feels like the Hotel California.
