0/10 for MTN direct and Kreason Govender

I called MTN direct in November to upgrade 2 of my lines. I had been in contact with Kreason Govender. Over a multitude of emails and calls, I was assured my upgrade was processed but I have heard nothing from Kreason. After mailing him back, I receive a notification to rather go into a store because they don't have stock of the requested phones. When trying to port my number, the Retention's department miraculously tell me there is stock. This is absolutely pathetic service.
