I was ****med by MTN, and I logged a complaint but still, no respond from complaints team... I was contacted by a lady called Monica from MTN n offered me Nova 12 phone and laptop for R650 and agreed n signed contact n accept check mandate. After few days I only got phone no laptop and after few weeks of making a lot of calls was advised that I wl get laptop for R499,, phone is R399 and date R250... All in all is now R1150... Wat about contract I signed... The whole sale process was ****... I am going to cancel all the contract my wife's and kids have with mtn and I will never ever advise anyone to use mtn or take contract of mtn... In all my social media plat form...
