000 service from MTN

After 15 emails to staff at franchise shops and even the MTN board members w.r.t. unauthorized and unapproved amounts deducted from my account, I still have no response from this company called MTN. They are shameless, hopeless and has no desire to assist with problems. This is n breach of my contract and my attorney advised me to end the contract. This will happen very soon. MTN you are useless and a disgrace to this country
