Aug 2018 and my query which was escalated in March 2018 is still not resolved. Instead my line gets suspended and the account is handed over to legal department. I don't understand if there are one queries escalated after the other but no one seem to resolve it, but quick to take false actions. The service is extremely horrible, the consultants are very impatient and quick to escalate. Regardless of all the trails and trails of email confirmations, no one can resolve the query... This is extremely sad and straining....
