Excellent customer service

I have recently been experiencing issues with the Superflex package that I signed up for online and after not getting much assistance from the contact centre customer care, I decided to go to MTN Newmarket.

The staff were absolutely friendly and even though this was not a deal taken up via the store, I was offered assistance, guidance and resolution to my issues.
