Zulfah works backwards to meet Customer needs

It took 2 years for other consultants to process my clearance. When I talked to Zulfah a few weeks ago she took it upon herself to take my process from beginning to the end. I just got my Clearance on the 15th of March 2024 after a matter of 2-3 weeks.

She delivers, Customer obsession is her drive. Please have 3 or 4 of her caliber and you will succeed.

Other Consultants could just say "Its impossible. we can not do that until you....". Something like that but I knew that I had already submitted all my documents which Zulfah just went on to retrieve and submitted on my behalf.

I could follow up everyday with other Consultant but she just gave me timelines and could come back to me if the process had delayed to guarantee that she was on top of her game.
