Zulfah Ismail has been incredibly helpful. I had been struggling for a week to find the right answer to my question, but as soon as I reached out to Ismail she immediately understood what I needed and resolved my problem .I was regularly updated during the request for a clearance certificate. Ismail really assist me step by step. She is a very friendly person. The service was excellent.
