WOW SO DISSAPOINTING AND INFURIATING.

YOU CALL? EITHER NO ANSWER OR YOU PUT ON HOLD TILL YOU'RE CUT OFF! SEND A WHATSAPP OR TRY TO CALL VIA WHATSAPP? NO REPLY, TOTAL IGNORANCE AS THEY EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO LEAVE ONE'S MESSAGE AT JUST READ! EMAILS NOT GOING THROUGH!

Yes I was contacted by an MSD consulting agent on the 25th of April (day after review), there was an attempt to deal with the matter on that day however it is not resolved. Have not had any communication since and I am refraining from basing my commentary on emotions BUT I'M BEGINNING TO REGRET THE DAY I LENT AN EAR TO TAKE THIS JOURNEY. I just want the issue to be resolved. Still not satisfied at how this is going and findings upon it.

06 Jun 2024, 11:01A month later and still awaiting Nimble to reply? How is it that there's so much consistency when getting people to join or rather "save people" by signing them up than it is to actually get them assisted even people you know shouldn't have went on debt review to begin with?
