Worst service ever!

If I could, I would give no stars, but unfortunately atleast one star is required. This is not the first time I'm doing a review on this company. I can just say that it's been the worst experience in service I've ever received. The lack of communication, the unprofessional way of dealing with a customer and the constant failure of keeping promises. And I work in customer service. It's been almost 5 months since I have finished paid my debt review and I'm still on debt review according to my bank. And no matter how much I'm asking or trying to get answers, I'm being ignored now. It was easy taking my money and now that it's done, they don't care. And even while taking my money, they were the worst. I would never recommend them to even my worst enemy. Awful service!
