Worst Service Ever

ever since I started my Debt review journey with them in 2025 i always had problems first they deducted double the "reduced amount" then Thanks to Zulpha I got a refund. tried to contact my "profile Manager on whatsapp but my messages also went unread with no reply. after that I got numerous calls from one of my creditors stating that I underpaid all my "set Reduced" premiums so I had to pay an extra R1600 just to get up to date with premiums. This is by far the worst experience i ever had with customer service in general. never wrote a Review before but this experience is by far the worst for me its been an uphill battle from the start would not recommend them to any one. Paid off all my debts which i wanted to do through MSD but i was told go to my creditors. Paid up all my debt in Oct 2025 AND THEY STILL DEBITED MY ACCOUNT IN November AND DECEMBER. still waiting to be reimburse. please find someone else to handle your debt review absolutely the worse company i ever dealt with customer service extremely poor
