worst service ever
I entered into debt review with MSD years ago and stopped payments voluntarily. I then paid all my debts to the creditors January 2024 and sent paid up letter to MSD for them to arrange to have the debt review status removed/cleared with credit bureaus. I did not receive any feedback from them for up to 3 months until i logged a complaint. My profile has still not been updated. Please urgently assign another consultant to attend ASAP.
