Worst service

Been receiving really bad service, if you can even call it that as I haven't received any service. I can't get hold of them via the whatsapp they gave me, I never get any answers out of them, they just ignore me. They keep deducting the money before the agreed date before I even paid. And no matter how many times I complain, they keep doing it. I have asked how much I still need to pay... guess what?.. no answer. Its now taking longer and longer and I have no idea whats going on. I have never received such bad service ever. I get messages from my debtors saying they haven't been paid and when I ask them about it... no answer. They promised to help me, but they haven't at all. Just made it worse. Would not recommend them.
