Worst Service.

Wow, what an experience. Where should I start with this company? Oh, what a HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am not one to complain about companies but this unacceptable. If this is what it takes for MSD Consulting to contact me and sort my debt review, then so be it.

Let's start when I first started debt review here. I asked them to please give me a quote for 2 years, they said no problem and they gave me an amount. Great I said, I will take it. Not long after that they sent me the contract. I signed it and sent it back. Later on I see they did not even include my terms.

So last year, I called in to find out what is my actual terms is, as I was confused it seemed like I would pay my debt review AFTER 5 Years. Which I was not happy about as I have proof I asked for 2 years.

I then called in again to be sure this is true, another lady said no it is 2 years, it will be paid by the end of this year, yet me Nedbank app states 44 terms. I tried calling in about 10 times this year, no one answered until today. They answer, but they keep transferring me to a different department. I also sent out an email, but still no answer one that. I want answers and I want to know exactly how many terms!

You cannot keep transferring someone if they are frustrated, this is money and people get frustrated when it comes to money. Oh and also to mention, I see on my statements, that there are some months you guys didn't even pay my debt!!!
