Waiting almost 7 months for a clearance letter

I finished paying off all my debt in August 2023, only to find myself still under debt review. I brought this to the attention of MSD Consulting on 2 Feb 2024. What followed was a series of emails in which I had to repeatedly send the same same documents to prove that I have paid all my loans, since MSD and FNB can't seem to communicate with each other. The last email I received from MSD's representative Shakeel was on 20 May 2024, in which I was reassured that everything was well in hand and I would have my clearance letters within 5-7 working days. It is 26 July 2024 today and I have received neither clearance letters or an email from MSD. Sadly this is the kind of service I have come to expect from tis company...
