very unhappy and disappointed

I am a very UNHAPPY and DISAPPOINTED CLIENT! I wish I never answered their call or declined when I had second thoughts about it, but they have this way of misleading you and making you believe that you're going to settle your debt sooner but it's all a blady LIE! They make adjustments to your statements and then shift the blame to the bank. I've been making payments on time and NEVER SKIPPED ONE PAYMENT! When you have a problem, you get sent back and forth, wait for a long time before they answer your call, by the time they eventually answer, you've ran out of airtime. I am so close to paying up my account but now, closer to the end the balances doesn't add up, from this year January 2025 my statement was r10 576.34 and at the end of March 2025 it's at r9898.04. My contribution is r3034.00 every month. So you can already do the math. According to the payments and statements up until January, I had to finish with debt review by end of May 2025 but now it became my responsibility to contact MSD CONSULTING and NEDBANK but the entire time, they were dealing with it, until they started making adjustments to my payments. This is so frustrating and emotionally exhausting. I've never skipped a payment, and now I have to go through all of this and make extra payments. I really hope this message gets exposed to people before they get trapped in this. It's been the worst experience as I can't apply for anything. You sacrifice all this money month after month, yet you feel as if you're not getting anywhere. The saddest part of all was when I made my last call to MSD CONSULTING, my call was transferred back and forth between Malika and Mishqah Abdul until someone eventually answered and then transferred my call to the higher in charge. He answered the call, introducing himself as "Peter" who works for GOLDLEAF FINANCIAL, partnered with MSD CONSULTING. He definitely tried to defend or cover up for his colleagues because they continued paying accounts who have already been paid up, even after I've sent the paid-up letter and shift the blame to Nedbank. He then has the audacity to ask me to leave a review but then gives his real name " Luis - Alfonso." He really thought I was that soft and stupid. This has been the worst experience EVER. THEY LIE and ***** from people who works hard for their money and make sacrifices for a better future. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE, not even my worst enemy!! I've lost hope and given up on this and this is why I've decided to leave a review. I don't know who will get to the bottom of this and I don't know how long it will take and if someone will even get back to me but in due time it will end, or so I hope.
