Unsatisfied customer

Good day I was having an account with Msd Consultant company.i paid my last installment at the end of july.it was for three months.to my surprise they debited at the end of August.i tried calling them but they just gave me a run around.i told the lady that I must speak to khalifa she said she is on lunch she will call me when she returned.until now nothing I tried calling many times with different numbers but nothing.i just need my money cos we agreed on three months nothing more
