In 2020, I was unjustly placed on debt review by MSD-Consulting, prompting me to escalate the situation to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). Unfortunately, the NCR took three long years to resolve the matter, ultimately finding MSD-Consulting at fault. Despite this ruling, they continue to refuse to lift my name from the debt review or remove the red flag associated with it. I reached out to their consultant, Nazeerah Toffie, who informed me that I would need a court order to rectify this situation. It’s baffling that I should have to pursue legal action for a mistake they made. Moreover, I’ve come across numerous similar complaints about MSD-Consulting on social media, raising concerns about why no decisive action has been taken against this organization.
