Unhappy client

Hi. I requested a clearance letter after sending all my paid up letters both on whatsapp and email but still, nobody is helping me. I don't get any feedback whatsoever and it's really frustrating for a company that promised me financial freedom. My experience thus far,hasn't been pleasant.
