To whom it may concern.

Last week I was trying to hold of someone at MSD and I was extremely annoyed and infuriated by the fact that I was sent from one person to another and nobody was willing to assist me, or I was transferred to departments and had to explain my problem at least 5 times over and over.

Eventually, I gave up and called back the day after, and then I reached Brenda, and what a joy it was to have a professional and courteous person at the end she did everything she had to regardless of me being so annoyed. She did everything I needed first and then ended off with an apology she even called back the next day to follow up and ask if I am fine and if I am happy with everything. Thank you Brenda for giving the best possible service and showing everyone else at your establishment exactly what good service is.

She deserves a raise.
