Think twice before joining MsD consulting

Very sad that after finally settling all debt MSD consulting is dropping the ball.. I am chasing for weeks now and not getting any replies from them. No one is telling me if my name is cleared or the next step. They even incorrectly took the debit order and haven’t fully refunded the amount and no one is explaining on querying the same. Clearly once your accounts are settled they don’t care since they get no further money from you.. please think twice before joining them.
