The worst service I’ve experienced in a very long time.

There is absolutely zero communication — I’ve spent hundreds of rands on airtime just sitting on hold, only to be promised a call back that never happens. After that, the silence begins. The WhatsApp line is either ignored or answered by someone who clearly doesn’t care.

My creditors continued to debit my account even after I joined, and when they eventually did process a debit, it was for the wrong amount. I’ve been trying to get a refund since October and keep getting sent from one person to another with no actual help.

I honestly regret ever joining. The service is truly shocking and completely unacceptable.
