I don’t often write reviews or give feedback. I don’t believe it is helpful to praise someone for doing what is expected of them. In other words, for simply doing their job. However, Loyiso Nyakaza from MSD Consulting went above and beyond to help me. He even helped me outside of office hours, including over a weekend. He dealt with my issues promptly, sufficiently and professionally. He also dealt with my queries with empathy. Loyiso is not only competent, but cares – in my case anyway.
