I Mr. S Arendse are very impressed with MSD consultant BLANCHE JAY. She handled my matter very professionally . I was very stressed out, but she clarified everything to me . You need more people like BLANCHE JAY , positive and friendly attitude

11 Nov 2023, 12:10I Mr. Arendse was so impressed on the 9/11/2023 on how one of MSD consultant assisted me. However since the 9/11/2023 nothing has been resolved. This morning on the 11/11/2023 coming from a night shift i received a VERY DISTURBING call from MSD. i was informed that I'm liable for arrears on a account. Plz can someone make me understand how can i be in arrears when i handed my accounts clean and up to date to MSD CONSULTING. I've signed a contract with an agreed monthly installment on the 27/06/2023 and each month it was debated by MSD. Now my accounts are in arears and I'm been told that I'm liable and have to pay more on my monthly installment .No one emailed nor phoned me to tell me since the first day the debit when of that i must pay more on my installment .i was only informed today on the 11/11/2023.SO PLZ tell me what is going on here .clearly someone messed up and now trying to keep me the client accountable. They are supposed to protect and make life easy for me.
