It's 10:27 pm, but I'm taking this time to thank Sylvia at MSD consulting for making my day! I received a suprise unexpected call from her, just to check how I'm doing. I've dealt with her once before and as usual it was such a pleasure. She took the time and MADE THE EFFORT to this. I've had an unresolved issue lingering for the past 3 weeks. With work, financial strain, and just everyday life,I just didn't have the mental capacity to deal with it. Lo and behold, this darling of a lady made it her due to assist me. It's relieved me tremendously, and for this I'm grateful.
