Store repayment issue.

Loyiso from MSD Consulting has been efficient in assisting me with store that terminated my repayment with MSD Consulting prior to finishing the arranged and agreed repayment amount when there was less than R30 left to close the account and get paid up letter and referred my account to consumer friend for collection of the original amount without consultation/notifying me either via email or call of the problem and giving me a chance to rectify whatever issue they had.
