Sharna is a pathetic excuse for a representative
The associate by the name of Sharna is absolutely unprofessional and rude with a no care attitude. Even at threat of FAIS Ombudsman action she is still stubborn enough not to provide me with my clearance certificate after 2 month of begging her for this. Pathetic, and on top of it I was coerced into giving her a 5 star HelloPeter rating initially. I would like management to contact me.
