Welldone to Sharna for the polite and delightful help that she provided. What i've been looking for the past 2 months took her less than a day to assist me. Thank you so much for releasing me from my anxiety issues, you've truly made my journey easy.

Just a little feedback in regards to the company: have a proper structured communication stream, it makes our lives more convenient and that we are able to rely on you would be a great thing, get proper agents intact, if they not sure about the business process equip them with the necessary training, i promise no customer will have issues if this gets full attention.

This is not me criticising your existence of your company, but this is me wanting you guys to do better as an entity.
