Service like Britney's doesn't exist

I am so disgruntled at Britney.She kept me informed all the way with my refund from Nedbank.no one does this in this day and age.From the first email she sent to Nedbank,she informed me..Then what followed next shocked me..she kept me abreast of every step that Nedbank was doing,which department has my refund and that it's been escalated..I am in shock and in awe that in south Africa we have a person like Britney that's doing right
