Thank you so much to msd for hiring such professional agent who was willing and able to assit me with my refund query after battling to get someone to speak to. Mary then escalated the matter to Manager Aneeq who was understanding and took my matter with importance. Although it was an inconvenience but msd managed to rectify their mistake at the end and i got my money back
