Poor communication, bad service

I have been with them for over a year now their service is absolutely bad, I have been getting calls and emails from the creditors telling me that my accounts have been handed over to the lawyers something that I don't understand because MSD debits from my account every month, I have been forward the emails to my debt counseller who is Zainab she doesn't bother to respond, I called them and talked to Mishkah and explained what is happening, she had no idea of what was happening, she said she'll escalate the matter and will get back to me she did not call back, I called again I talked to the lady she transferred my call to Mishkah because she was also clueless, she Mishkah "apparently she was on another call she could not take my call, she'll get back to me, it's like they don't care for the customer, I will never recommend this company to anyone, I will escalate this matter to the NCR and involve the legal authorities, I cannot be debited every month and still get calls from creditors
