Placed under debt review without my knowledge
I was placed on debt review without my knowledge and mis information. I made a follow up on the 15th July and I was assisted by Esack. He/she told me tje flagging will be removed after 2 weeks. I have been trying to contact MSD they don't answer their calls. U see now it is another problem to just get hold of the person who assisted me and not advising me of the outcome of my query. This is really unprofessional and frustrating. Can I get assistance please.
