Pathetic service by msd consulting!

I was promised that my refund will be done by Friday. I keep calling them and no one answers. They took my money before my debit order date. They debited my account on the 13th instead of then 15th. Then chanrged me penalty of R1500 for canceling and they were supposed to refund the rest of my money and one week later Im still waiting. They took the money with checking if my bond had summons and that's something they should have done. Biggest mistake of my life. Seems like they dont want to refund my R 11 363,14. Which is alot of money. I wish I could go back and never choose this company
