A massive thank you to Joshua for his outstanding service! Dealing with a debt review delay for over three months was incredibly stressful and frustrating, but Joshua handled my case with so much empathy and compassion. He promised he would keep me updated, and he actually stuck to his word, calling me regularly until the issue was final resolved.
