Not sticking to the agreement

MSD consulting contacted me and made an offer about helping with my debt and I accepted. My first debit order for them was paid on 20 Nov, since then my life has been hell. I am getting calls and emails from my creditors as I did not make any payments to them this month. When I explain to my creditors that I am on debt counselling, they say they do not have that indication on their side hence they keep calling. R5800 was also debited from my savings account by my credit card, which is over and above the amount I paid to MSD. I have been calling MSD but no one can assist. All they tell me is that they have sent this to their refunds department. They keep on asking me to send the same documents over and over again. When I call, the call gets cut off. I am very frustrated, I need assistance.
