NO TRANSPARENCY AND NO COMMUNICATION

I thought choosing you will make my life easier but I'm not getting any joy. I have to contact you every month to find out about the progress with my debt councelling and it's been 4 months now. I'm now getting sms's from my creditors that you haven't paid them while you've been deducting money from my account and have made manual paymentsto you so that you pay them. I called twice today and was promised that i will be called back. I'm really getting worried I'm even afraid to transfer money for your next debit order. No one is checking up on me as promised,I'm so helpless and stressed 😫. May you please call me with the way forward . ***
