<div>My nightmare started 4 months ago, i wanted to cancel the service with this institution but was not getting any joy. It was 4 months of hell as consultants after the other weren't coming to my aid. But the 1 consultant who assisted me to satisfactory is Shaunica. She managed to resolve my cancellation issue and gave me a breakdown of how my creditors' payments are allocated on my behalf. She furnished me with all relevant documentation, including a cancellation letter. 5 stars to Shaunica. Had i been assisted by Shaunica some 4 months ago, I'd still be a client. But once more, Shaunica to the rescue. High five to her.</div>
