MSD : Never Responding and leaving me in the dark

Just an update for everyone, MSD has contacted my bank about the arrears on my home loan account, I was informed that the money was used towards legal fees and this was supposed to be explained to my bank so that I wouldn't face any consequences, it would've been less of an issue had I been informed of the almost R13k that would be used for legal fees (I wouldn't have handed my life over if I knew) and if they actually smoothed things over with the bank. Instead I was informed about the termination of my home loan account by my bank with my account being R15k in arrears. We came to an agreement to remove my home loan account from the debt review and I would pay it over myself, however, my normal debit order for MSD processed, prompting me to remind them to pay the home loan amount and I'll cover the balance (I wanted no further issues regarding my home loan, for obvious reasons). After all of this, I'm guessing that since the home loan was removed from the debt review process, all the money that should've gone to my home loan went to my car repayment with nothing going to my home loan (I got a statement detailing this), which is already in arrears and I'm already getting communication that it will be terminated...Unbelievable honestly, this is the worst decision I've made in my life, I used to not think I was stupid, but this has proved me wrong. Save yourself the stress and time and anxiety...Don't do it

Depending on how they handle this issue I may have to seek some legal advice, I'm not losing my home over a mismanagement of funds by a company I do not trust anymore
