MSD Consulting stuff is really ***********. will not recommend to anyone.
I have struggled with this company from the day they decided to call me selling their services to me. 1st there is a lady by name Etushan who called and told me that the signature is only for quotation but the next month i was on debt review. 2nd i submit paid up letters but they continue to deduct and pay the accounts I have settled. 3rd is that after settlement i am struggling to get my clearance letter which they promised in 21 working days but now they tell me that there is backlog so they do not know when will I be cleared. Very difficult to reach and still they don't update their clients on status of the queries

I still have not been assisted as my name has not been cleared. Communication is poor, only told that request will be made but i think its only to dismiss me . I am hurt seriously after i paid so much money to this company,

I created new review with MSD which was deleted as its not allowed. The lady ( I forgot her name) who responded and called me told me that she will take over my account and make sure that she sends me the ITC clearance letter. Ms Esack called me yesterday and emailed me the clearance letter and from we just waiting for debt review flag to be removed from credit bureau in 30 days. Thank u so much Ms Esack u really came to my rescue after a long time of struggle.🥳🥳🥳
