MSD CONSULTING service is horrible

I joined this company 2022 and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I am in worst debt then I was before joining them. I recently requested for a referral letter and they refuse to provide me with it. I have been trying to get it from them for over a month now and they refuse to provide me with it. When I call and the agent here's me asking for a referral the call is dropped in my ear or I am referred back to the automated system. I have spoken to Lorenzo who said he will provide me with the document and hasn't responded to one of my numerous emails to him and the rest of his colleagues.

At this point I feel like they holding me prisoner as I am unable to reach anyone at this company.
