MSD CONSULTING IS A BAD COMPANY FOR TAKING OVER YOUR DEBT

this people are really bad at communicating on the 17 march i lost my job and on the 18th the next day i asked for 6 months relief period on my payments of my car that they took over for me because the payment amount was just to much for me so since then they dont reply on WhatsApp they will say something like its not 6months but 3months then i asked for the recording of the call on the first day they called me were they sed its 6 months relief period and then they just never came back to me my bank called me to inform me that my car is in arrears of R10 000 so then i called MSD to ask them now what is going on and then they try to calm me down by saying pretty words like they wont take your car because the bank also sed that they will come and take my car after 1 month if I don't pay my arrears. So MSD sed i must email them the details so i did and now they dont even awnser me on email. so i went back to WhatsApp and try to ask for help there but THEY BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP. I CAN SEE THE DAY THEY WANT TO COME AND TAKE MY CAR THERE CAN BECOME A BIG FYT BECAUSE I DID MY PART TO INFORM THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO GIVE ME THAT RELIEF PERIOD ON MY PAYMENTS. MY CAR IS MY BREAD AND BUTTER SEARCHING FOR A NEW JOB THIS IS HILLY UN ACCEPTABLE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I CANT PAY THAT AREAS OF R10 000
