Msd Consulting exploitation.

I got a call from MSD in May 2020 just after Covid. Promised they could reduce my payments znd after 3 years ot would be settled. I requested a payment structure for the 3 years, but was told that they would request it from admin. I tried to cancell but was ghosted. Now 4.5 years later my vehicle showed a balance of R412 on their distribution list after payment dd 05 September. I contacted the bank and was advised that my vehicle account had been settled and was in credit by R3500. Msd kept taking money which included their admin fee towards this account. No emails to them were answered and I decided to start paying my creditors direct. They have handed me over to legal. I am 64 years old and they can take me to court. Fortunately I have kept record of all my dealings with them.
