MSD Consulting causes more financial strain

Do not trust this company. On 8 Oct a lady phoned me regarding consolidating my debt to decrease my interest by 60% She told me that first payment will only happen end of Nov. On the 23 Oct they debited my acc. I phoned Shadray the lady who was apparently my advisor. She told me what did I think if they paid they creditors when was I supposed to pay. The documents they send has no first payment date. They only reviewed 2 of my creditors and 2 are outstanding that I have to pay. I explained since 24th I have no money to pay my other creditors as this was unexpected. They cannot tell me how many months I be paying my creditors with them. They have left me now for the first time not paying all my accounts and are just ignoring my calls to do right as what I was promised so I can pay my accounts. I am now facing financial strain stress and they could not care. Hope there is something I can do to stop them from further causing harm to me and others.
