Msd consulting bad experience
<div>I recently joined the company. They do not answer the calls or return calls when they said they would. They deducted my account on the 13th (today)when I get paid on the 15th. My profile manager promised me she would resolve my issues last week. But she still hasn't contacted me yet. They put a block on accounts the not even on debt review. I keep calling and their stafff are ***********. Absolutely disappointed. Wish I chose a different company. Because they dont know what they are doing!</div>

13 Aug 2025, 14:20After I put the review on hello Peter they contacted me very quickly. But did not resolved my matter at all. This was my first month with the company and now they want me to pay a cancelation fee of R1500. Although they did nothing to help me. Please do not use this company. They are the worst company. Im not even a client for one month and I have to pay a cancelation fee but when you join they said you can leave at any time without paying fees. Thats what the agent told me. Absolutely frustrated and angry. Just wasted money I didn't have! MsD is the worst company ever!!! Don't waste your time with them.

15 Aug 2025, 13:39I have sent through all the necessary documents for the cancelation even accepting the R1500 loss due to cancelation fee however they have not removed my name from debt review. Iv tried calling over 12 times from this morning and it just keeps ringing and ringing. Looks like no one works on a Friday. Absolutely ridiculous! Worst company ever. This was the biggest mistake of my life. Wish I never joined this company. They seriously lac communication skills.
