MSD consultants playing cat and mouse

A month ago I was praising them when the send me a mail 0n the 4th of November that my clearance process moved to the finale stage and it will be ready in 31days ,this to find out this morning that there are still problems with my clearance process i think they're playing cat and mouse with me because everything it is someone else that contact me I'm disappointed in there service

This is not good for your business you told me that the debt review cansellation will not take long but there are to must stories every time it get near the time it must be solved
