Msc Consulting - ***meedah

We have sent emails upon emails to certain people at Msd with no reply. This morning we called and a lady named ***meedah(Fay) assisted us, and was that the best service ever...This lady had so much patience and she took us through the whole process step by step,making us feel at ease while doing what needed to be done. She is extremely friendly and if we could have a ***meedah at every call centre we would be the luckiest people ever.
