MONEY TAKEN OFF ACCOUNT BUT CREDITOR CLAIM NO PAYMENT MADE FROM MSD W.T. F!!!!

How many more emails should I send before I get a clear answer regarding my husband's debt review!!!!!!!!!!?????????

I have sent the complaints department an email, Zainab responded only with an enquiry of what my husband's contact number is (that was provided to him by ME!!!), my husband called MSD and spoke to a lady called Sylvia, I have sent the CEO Muhammad an email, and NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

I am tired of begging for answers, I am going to the NCR regarding this issue and will be laying a formal complaint together with anyother reviews on HelloPeter for misrepresentation.

I am no a dog and neither is my husband!!!!!!! we shouldn't have to beg!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now get someone to call me before 12PM TODAY OR I WILL GO TO THE NCR ABOUT THIS COMPANY, YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU PLAYING WITH!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to say thank you to Nosi, who was an extreme help in getting this process cleared. She was calm and highly apologetic. Thank you Nosi. I'm so sorry it had to come for me to go on social media to get someone to wake up.

Someone once gave me advice they said, "when the dust is gone, forget about the problem and work on moving forward". I look forward to moving forward with Nosi and MSD.
