Misleading the customers to make promise to pay sales
I have been misleaded and have been ignored multiple times theses guys are taking so much money from me its been 2 times i have already got debited and they told me my agreement with them is 4 months another guy tells me its going to end in January next year my debt was below 10k and my installments with you guys are 2500 a month, how come I tried so many times to contact your guys i have even emailed, how can u guys take so much money from me

17 Oct 2025, 14:59Please make sure of that Because i will never pay 15k to a loan that was below 10k and i was never in arrears i explained that to the lady who was assisting me i have screen shots of them telling me my agreement with u is 4 months.

Its been 3 weeks and still even after I came here you still did not make it your interest to sort this out, I told u guys i don't have money, you raised my debit more than what i was paying and you **** about my duration
